Looking for something special to decorate your den or cabin,
need a conversation piece for your store or shop?
Piebald Blacktail Deer Hide Mounted On Felt
A great find from the Northwest, on the Olympic
Peninsula near Sequim, Washington. Piebald deer are colored white and brown
similar to a pinto pony. This genetic condition is rare with typically less than
one percent of deer being affected.
You
could have this rare and unique item to grace the wall in your home,
cabin or business. A definite conversation piece, the unique
coloring, white with brown spots, will have the attention of all your
guests.
An excellent example. It is a heavy hide with no shedding and no
bullet holes in the leather. You can see in the picture how unusual the coloring
is on this beautiful hide. It has been professionally tanned with the hair
on and nicely mounted on a gray felt backing.
